The Utrecht Interstitial Fletcher CT/MR Applicator set is specially developed for treatment of gynecologic cancers with interstitial brachytherapy. Its design is based on the Fletcher CT/MR Applicator Set and uses the ovoids as templates for needle insertion. The needles can be inserted from outside the patient using holes in the ring to an adjustable depth using an insertion tool and guiding tubes. The needles can be locked to remain in place.
