Oncentra ConeBeam is an option for the Simulix Evolution, combining the advantages of a conventional simulator with isotropic CT data. 

 

Best of both worlds

Both 2D and 3D images of patient anatomy, radiotherapy simulation and plan verification are automatically correlated as all functions are performed on a fully integrated system providing clinicians the best of both worlds. User definable conebeam acquisition protocols make Oncentra ConeBeam easy to use and maintain standardization of CT acquisition.

 

Flexibility in patient positioning

Patients are scanned in the true treatment position ensuring no movement from image acquisition to treatment delivery. 90 cm aperture allows patients to be scanned in any position and is excellent for breast CT imaging. Patient table movement allows for fast and easy patient positioning. This ensures that the area of interest is included in the reconstruction circle. The 60 cm scan length of patient data provides the largest scan length available.

 

Oncentra ConeBeam fits in any workflow

Oncentra ConeBeam images enable delineation of the target volume, organs at risk and body contours with Oncentra Anatomy. With this information, the Oncentra ConeBeam images can be used for 3D planning with both Oncentra Masterplan and Oncentra Brachy.
