August 12 2003
CONCORD, Ca.,
August 7, 2003 – Siemens Medical Solutions announced today that an agreement has been signed with Nucletron B.V. to offer Nucletron Simulix simulators to Siemens oncology customers worldwide. This year we are partnering with Nucletron to better provide our customers with a variety of configurations and options for conventional simulation, as well.”
“Our partnership with Siemens Medical is an excellent opportunity to improve access for the radiotherapy community to our wide range of simulation solutions,” said Rudolf Scholte, Ph.D., managing director of Nucletron B.V. “Our renowned Simulix simulator products have established our leading position around the world with over 1000 installed systems, and we continue to invest in technology like the digital flat panel detector, incorporated in our new Simulix EVOLUTION™ simulator.
