The Rotte Endometrial Applicator has been developed with Professor K. Rotte of the Radiation Therapy Dept., Universitäts-Frauenklinik, Würzburg, Germany. The applicators were specially designed for high dose rate treatment of the endometrium. The applicator is easy to insert and is a possible replacement for the Heyman Packing technique by using two opposed twin intrauterine tubes.
