Primary Purpose of Position

Generates and follows up on sales leads in territory. Provides thorough product demonstrations and order quotations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction. To meet or exceed district sales objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations. Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory. Attends and works trade shows for company
Presentations to sales prospects (minimum requirement of 12 customers sales calls per week).
Ensures contracts receive marketing literature and prices; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.
Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; construct customer quotations (Utilize established marketing processes).
Follows up with customers after receipt of their order; ensures equipment properly set up and functioning; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
Submit weekly sales reports and expenses. Adhere to expense guidelines established for territory. Submit monthly detailed sales forecast.
Acquire product knowledge for all Nucletron products. Extensive Travel.
Performs other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Education

    4 year college degree or equivalent experience
    Extensive knowledge of an active radiation Oncology Department
    Knowledge of Nucletron product line
    Comprehensive understanding of Sales/Marketing documents and processes
    Strong Interpersonal Skills
    Articulate Organizational Skills
    Computer Skills
